Mr. President: America's 'Number-One Adversary' Is Wall Street

AMERICA'S  NUMBER  ONE  ADVERSARY  IS  WALL  STREET


The United States is in its eighth year of less than 2% annual economic growth with economic infrastructure falling apart, wracked by drug-addiction deaths of its people in the prime of life, its tax revenues dropping and huge debt bubbles defaulting toward a financial crash.

How foolish that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dunford, can't decide whether the nation's top adversary and national security threat is Russia, China or North Korea!

That adversary is Wall Street, and the London financial power it is allied with. There is a great deal of evidence that the American people realize this, but their elected officials will not give them the leadership to mobilize to break up the Wall Street casinos and stop a "second 2008" crash so that the economy can actually be rebuilt.

Most Americans clearly do not agree with "Russiagate," the frantic attempt to sweep the people into a new McCarthyism against President Trump, which was started by British intelligence figures more than a year ago and still dominates national media. They want it ended. They backed putting Glass-Steagall reinstatement in both parties' national platform. 

A poll just taken shows that majorities of all voters want gasoline taxes raised and used to build new infrastructure projects. They want the nation's industrial power rebuilt, and space exploration excites more potential astronauts than ever.

But just as Wall Street captured 2009's anti-bailout, anti-Wall Street tea party movement and turned it into the "no-government" caucus in today's House of Representative, President Trump is now surrounded by a virtual Wall Street cabal which opposes Glass-Steagall, any intervention to revive the industrial economy, and any interference in Wall Street's rush toward another blowout of securitized debt. 

One of that cabal, Treasury Secretary Mnuchin, is so venal that he put financial sanctions on Secretary of State Tillerson for not being sufficiently anti-Russia!

That is why the LaRouche Political Action Committee has mobilized to take on Wall Street — and the City of London — and pre-empt a trans-Atlantic financial breakdown worse than 2008. 

The President's vital peace policy in cooperation with Russia and China, admirably kept up against a war phalanx in the media, Congress and intelligence agencies, will be swept away if we let that breakdown hit.

The actions of that mobilization are Glass-Steagall re-organization of banking and credit, funding for new physical infrastructure projects across the continent, accelerated return to space exploration, and a crash program of fusion power development. 

In all these, cooperation with China's Belt and Road infrastructure initiative and with Russia will be crucial.

The adversary is Wall Street.  It must be broken up.

Mr. President: What Must Be Done Before Another Bank Crash

The warning of another devastating Europe-U.S. banking crash before the end of this year, raised by EIR in May and by a meeting of European Parliamentarians in early July, is becoming an emergency danger. It requires a mobilization of actions to stop it.

The Italian banking system, which has just suffered three major bank bailouts combined with "bail-ins" of unlucky savers, is trying to raise capital it cannot raise to prevent a potential collapse which could take Germany's banks down with it. U.S.-based banks have $2 trillion of exposure to that looming collapse of bad debt and worse derivatives, centered in London.

Those Wall Street banks, unpunished and bailed out since 2008, have rapidly built up bubbles of corporate debt and commercial real estate derivatives larger than the mortgage-debt bubbles which blew out back then,  and default rates and bankruptcy rates are now rising sharply in those bubbles. A scared Federal Reserve has not raised interest rates enough, yet, to trigger the crash that the IMF, for example, is warning of but by post poning the crash trigger, it is only making it more economically devastating when it comes.

President Trump's policy of cooperation with Russia and China for peace and mutual benefit is right, and must be defended against all the attacks on him for it. But it will not survive the chaos of another trans-Atlantic financial crash, and he does not have the American economic revival plans he said he had to head such a crash off.

Action must be mobilized rapidly, ultimately by the American people and their organizations.

First, the Glass-Steagall separation of commercial from investment banking must be reinstated, with beginning effect immediately to break up Wall Street's gigantic speculative casinos.

Since the Glass-Steagall Act began to be torn down 50 years ago, Wall Street's banks and funds with their most dangerous operations always in London! have been a succubus on the economy which can't grow without  financial crashes, and since the 2008 crash can't grow at all. The Glass-Steagall breakup must start now to prevent the threatening new bank crash.

Then, credit must be issued from a national credit institution (see Editor Lyndon LaRouche's "The Lost Art of the Capital Budget" republished in EIR for July 21) credit soon in the trillions for 20-25-year periods at low interest rates.

The purpose is high-technology investments in new, more productive 'infrastructure' to replace the crumbling sinews of the U.S. economy, raise productivity and create productive employment again. It cannot and will not be done by private investment.  President Trump must learn this, and the Wall Streeters around him, like the Treasury Secretary, have to go.

A great expansion of the United States space exploration program will drive this revival, as the President had stated in a television message to the American people in March.

But facing this threatening financial crash and meeting this emergency with action now depends primarily on the American people effectively demanding these actions, as if it were the last weeks of a Presidential political campaign.

Then, the President's intent to cooperate with China and Russia will become a tremendous benefit, especially from the great "win-win" building project a Beijing's New Silk Road across Eurasia and Africa. Let such high-speed rail corridors, for example, be built across North America. The United States is potentially a full partner in the Belt and Road Initiative.

First Wall Street, in both the Congress and the Administration, must be beaten and broken up to prevent it from permanently destroying what remains of American industrial economy and scientific capability.

We seldom interrupt our regular intelligence flow on this website. We are doing this now because the extraordinary memorandum produced by the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) yesterday conclusively demonstrates that the so-called Russian hacks of the Democratic National Committee were not hacks at all, but leaks by someone with physical access to DNC computers. The data was then doctored to incriminate Russia.

The VIPS, who include former NSA Technical Director William Binney, back the independent forensic analysis performed by a group including Skip Folden, retired IBM Program Manager for Information Technology U.S. 

No such forensic analysis was performed in any of the Obama intelligence community’s so-called “assessments.” 

The VIPS state that there were two inside leaks from the DNC. 

The first was in June of 2016, sometime before Julian Assange’s June 12th announcement that he had DNC documents and planned to publish them. 

The second leak was on July 5, 2016 to pre-emptively taint anything Wikileaks might publish by “showing it came from a Russian hack.” 

As is well-known, Wikileaks did publish its DNC trove showing that Hillary Clinton and the DNC conspired to rig the Democratic Presidential primary process against Bernie Sanders.

The key forensic finding is that on July 5, 2016,

“In early evening Eastern Daylight Time, someone working in the EDT time zone with a computer directly connected of the DNC server or DNC Local Area Network, copied 1,976 Megabytes of data in 87 seconds onto an external storage device. That speed is many times faster than what is possible physically with a hack. It thus appears that the purported hack of the DNC by Guccifer 2.0 (the self-proclaimed Wikileaks source) was not a hack by Russia or anyone else, but was, rather, a copy of DNC data onto an external storage device. The forensics performed on the metadata reveal there was a subsequent synthetic insertion – a cut and paste job using a Russian template, with the clear aim of attributing the data to a Russian hack. This was all performed in the East Coast time zone.

The VIPS memo calls on the President to investigate the CIA, particularly former Director John Brennan, and the FBI, for the phony hack and fake Russian attribution. 

They cite the ability of the CIA to create false flag hacks on the basis of the recently disclosed Vault 7 tools, including the Marble Framework. 

In this regard, both former CIA Director Brennan called for a coup, in essence, against President Trump at the recently concluded Aspen Security Forum should Trump remove Special Counsel Robert Mueller, his handpicked favorite for continuing their illegal and unconstitutional war against President Trump. 

We propose that the President demand an immediate investigation of Brennan and his ilk instead, both by a newly appointed Special Counsel and by the Congress.

An executive agreement^[1] is an agreement between the heads of government of two or more nations that has not been ratified by the legislature as treaties are ratified. 

Executive agreements are considered politically binding to distinguish them from treaties which are legally binding.

In the United States, executive agreements are made solely by the President of the United States. They are one of three mechanisms by which the United States enters into binding international obligations. 

Some authors consider executive agreements to be treaties under international law in that they bind both the United States and another sovereign state. However, under United States constitutional law, executive agreements are not considered treaties for the purpose of the Treaty Clause of the United States Constitution, which requires the advice and consent of two-thirds of the Senate to qualify as a treaty.

Some other nations have similar provisions with regard to the ratification of treaties.

In General

Executive agreements are often used in order to bypass the requirements of national constitutions for ratification of treaties. Many nations that are republics with written constitutions have constitutional rules about the ratification of treaties. The Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe is based on executive agreements.

In the United States
 
In the United States, executive agreements are binding internationally if they are negotiated and entered into under the president's authority in foreign policy, as commander-in-chief of the armed forces, or from a prior act of Congress. 

For instance, as commander-in-chief the President negotiates and enters into status of forces agreements (SOFAs) which govern the treatment and disposition of U.S. forces stationed in other nations. 

An executive agreement, however, cannot go beyond the President's constitutional powers. An agreement that is beyond the President's authority would require congressional approval, either as a congressional-executive agreement or a treaty with Senate advice and consent. 

If an agreement was neither within the competence of Congress nor within the authority of the President (as for example an agreement which would affect powers reserved to the states), it could still be adopted by the President/Senate method but must not conflict with the United States Constitution. 

The Supreme Court in U.S. v. Pink (1942) held that international executive agreements validly made have the same legal status as treaties and did not require Senate approval.

The Case Act of 1972 required the president to inform the Senate within 60 days of any executive agreement being made. No restriction was placed on presidential powers to make such agreements. The notification requirement enabled Congress to vote to cancel an executive agreement, or to refuse to fund its implementation.^[2]

Charlie Gard parents end legal fight as time runs out for 'beautiful' baby

The parents of terminally ill baby Charlie Gard have ended their legal challenge to take him to the US for experimental treatment.

A lawyer representing Chris Gard and Connie Yates told the High Court "time had run out" for the baby.

Mr Gard said it meant his "sweet, gorgeous, innocent little boy" will not reach his first birthday on 4 August.

"To let our beautiful little Charlie go" is "the hardest thing we'll ever have to do", his mother said. 

Charlie's parents said they made the decision because a US doctor said it was now too late to give Charlie nucleoside therapy.

"We only wanted to give him a chance of life," Ms Yates told the court in a statement. 

"A whole lot of time has been wasted," she added.
"We are sorry we could not save you."

Charlie Gard's medical case explained

Their lawyer Grant Armstrong said the parents' worst fears had been confirmed.

'Absolute warrior'

He told judge Mr Justice Francis US neurologist Dr Michio Hirano had said he was no longer willing to offer the baby experimental therapy after he saw the results of a new MRI scan last week.

He added Mr Gard and Ms Yates, from Bedfont, west London, now hoped to establish a foundation to ensure Charlie's voice "continues to be heard".

Now, for the below 'report'.  DISCERN what you are reading and believing.  Reports  have been verified that BOTH CLINTONS are DEAD (same for Bill and Melinda Gates - hung by the neck in India for the genocide they committed there). Another terrifying Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the “militarization of relations” between the Federation and the United States is now complete as the Ministry of Defense (MoD) prepares to take over all US Embassy functions after Ambassador Sergey Kislyak was recalled to Moscow—with both being in reaction to the “frightening endgame” now taking place in Washington D.C. whose goal is the immediate ouster from office of President Donald Trump—and that new polling  (??!!) shows the propagandized American people are now in favor of, too.  (The 'polls' are conducted by the leftist sympathizers - the same traitors who falsely reported the election outcomes - and who continue to put out FAKE NEWS and POLL REPORTS.)  

According to this report, for weeks the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) has been reporting that specialized US military units and American federal police forces have been flooding into the Washington D.C. region (Virginia, Maryland) preparing for “the great event” and that, perhaps, has been most accurately described by the globally known charismatic Christian preacher and evangelist Rodney Howard-Browne who just yesterday warned his tens-of-millions of followers of the plot to takedown President Trump.

Pastor Howard-Browne is the head of the Revival  Ministries International evangelical church based in the US whose members number more than 12 million and who on July 11th was one of the numerous American Christian leaders who “laid hands on” President Trump in the White House Oval Office evoking God to protect their nations new leader.

Following that meeting with President Trump, Pastor Howard-Browne revealed yesterday to his global congregation that he had spent three hours (from 9:30 in the evening until 12:30am) with a senior ranking member of the US Congress, and whose conversation he described as: “He said there is a plot on Capitol Hill to take the president out, I said you mean by impeachment or by indictment – he said "no, to take him out, he will be removed suddenly from office.”

Pastor Howard-Browne further revealed that this senior US Congressman had been in office since 1996 and had  also warned him “there’s nothing we can do to stop it,” and whose plot to do so was being planned by the “Deep State” that has been trying to destroy President Trump since the very day he won the presidency. Of the greatest crime committed by President Trump against his “Deep State” enemies necessitating his “sudden removal” is his plan to end all illegal US wars of aggression so that he can use the trillions-of-dollars spent on this madness to rebuild his own nation with one of his own top military leaders, Special Operations Command Chief of the US Army General Raymond Thomas III, acknowledging that American forces are fighting in a sovereign Syria where they will likely have no ability to stay if their presence is questioned in terms of international law, and General Thomas adding: “We’re a bad day away from Russians asking, Why are you still in Syria?”

As the MoFA reported yesterday, too (see our article New US Law To Remove Trump From Power And Declare War On Russia “Will Be Met By Force”), President Trump’s “Deep State” enemies are just days away from passing a new law that will effectively, and for the first time in American history, remove him from having to power over his own military and foreign policy and that even the European Union is now warning the American’s that it “will retaliate within days” if this law takes effect.

With many global military, intelligence and economic experts now all essentially agreeing that the US is “coming apart at the seams”,  the noted Swiss economist Egon von Greyerz has most accurately described what is now occurring by his stating that “we are now in the frightening endgame” and who further described why this happening by his saying:

“The gullibility of people today is exacerbated by the power of the internet and social media. Anything we read is accepted as fact or the truth, while a major part of it is just fake news.

This is of course nothing new as it has been used by governments for centuries. Goebbels, the Nazi Propaganda Minister, who was an expert at manipulating the German people, said: “If you tell a big lie often enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually believe it.”  (The Nazis (Bushes) were brought to the United States, are alive and well and their tactics are continuing to be used here to take down this nation.)

The power of the internet and other media has facilitated spreading news and propaganda to billions of people and very few can distinguish if they hear or read “real” news or “fake” news.” 

Operating under no such “fake news” delusions, though, and knowing how close the US is to complete chaos upon the ouster or assassination of President Trump,  the Ministry of Defense has now taken control of all diplomatic functions regarding the United States and has appointed Deputy Minister of Defense Anatoly Antonov to be the new Federation Ambassador to America, as it is fully expected that the Federation will be dealing with, at least, a US military junta controlling this country rather than its democratically elected leaders.

To President Trump’s only pathway to survival is if he can rally tens-of-millions of armed American citizens to his defense when this overthrow takes place, as President Recep Erdogan had done during the Obama-CIA 2016 coup d'état attempt to remove him from power and that Trump eerily predicted just a year ago, in July 2016, when he cryptically Tweeted: “Looks like a military coup is underway in Turkey.  They're taking their country back!  Will be the same in the US soon if I'm President!”

 

HOW do you 'impeach' the president when absolutely NO OFFENSES have been PROVEN against Trump to do this?  EVERY accusation the left has made against the President has been an outright LIE.  This is total BS on the part of the far left communist traitors and you can safely bet TRAITOR OBAMA is involved. Is America going to ALLOW this BS to continue?  Or put a stop to it now?  ARRESTS should be made immediately of those who are involved, including Obama.
