U.S. GUN MAKER REMINGTON FILES FOR BANKRUPTCY

(Reuters) - Remington Outdoor Co Inc [FREDM.UL], one of the largest U.S. makers of firearms, filed for bankruptcy protection on Sunday to carry out a debt-cutting deal with creditors amid mounting public pressure for greater gun control.
The company's chief financial officer, Stephen Jackson, said in court papers that Remington's sales fell significantly in the year before its bankruptcy, and that the company was having difficulty meeting requirements from its lenders.
Remington, America's oldest gun maker, announced in February it would reduce its $950 million debt load in a deal that will transfer control of the company to creditors. The company plans to wrap up its bankruptcy as soon as May 3, according to court papers.
The filing comes after a Feb. 14 shooting at a Parkland, Florida high school that killed 17 and spurred an intense campaign for gun control by activists.
The massacre led to huge U.S. anti-gun rallies by hundreds of thousands of young Americans on Saturday.
In some of the biggest U.S. youth demonstrations for decades, protesters called on lawmakers and President Donald Trump to confront the issue. Voter registration activists fanned out in the crowds, signing up thousands of the nation's newest voters.

Hard to believe that Remington would be foolish enough to allow cabal heads to screw all their employees out of their jobs and income to care for their families. Gun sales have been at there highest since bozo was declared 'president' of the criminal cabal. All of the false flags were cabal creations with monies contributed by the Soros group(s). The AHOs continued the false flags and killings to convince Americans to beg for guns to be confiscated and the removal of the 2nd Amendment. Seems there are enough ignorant people in this nation to allow the enemy within to achieve their goals. BUT ...... they have under estimated the Patriots!!!! friends at Chase Bank is holding most of the paper on Remington.
Don't let them fool you about dropping sales as all gun companies have had great sales for more than ten years.
The
lawsuit from Sandy Hook should be dismissed as no one died there
according to the FBI. The school had been closed for two years, and it
was only a drill. All those kids are still alive and are graduating this year so the suit is a fraud.
The city at Sandy Hook got something like $300 million dollars from the federal government for their cover-up.

Ya know what? Wouldn't it piss off the whole schmo if the people who own a Remington of any kind could each send $10 per unit to Remington to pay off their debt? They would then be free to do whatever they want as they wouldn't have the cabal strings tied to their profitability. The added crap and lies about the Parkland and SH shootings really had no place in that article. Remington and other makers have had record sales for years now. The ONLY ways they could be in financial trouble are A. Bad management, or B. their creditors (Cabal) are getting harder to deal with about their debt.

Sounds like restructuring. Filling for bankruptcy isn't the end of a company. I don't shed a tear for a big company filling for the big B. All their tools and manufacturing locations will be upgraded with a new investor. This is almost fake news,,,,
