Jesus' name ruled 'unconstitutional'
A board of county commissioners in North Carolina is asking the Supreme Court for help: Its members don't believe they should have to forbid volunteers from mentioning the name of Jesus in prayers offered before their meetings.
But the American Civil Liberties Union and Americans United for Separation of Church and State are standing by their victory in a U.S. circuit court decision that states even "a solitary reference to Jesus Christ" in invocations before the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners' meetings could do "violence to the pluralistic and inclusive values that are a defining feature of American public life."

Well, if it is Illegal and Unconstitutional to say the word Jesus, or any Godly word by Christians then the same should go for those SAME words used in Movies, Videos, TV shows, Songs, and Books in a bad way.

According to the Government if they banned Prayer and reading the Bible in public as a felony then the same should go for USING THE LORD'S NAME IN VAIN as well!

This would be the MOST EGREGIOUS form of DISCRIMINATION which leads to HYPOCRISY!

Any PG-13, R, or X rated film could now be banned or the government could declare the DISCRIMINATION towards religious persons and churches only!

This is the BEST opportunity we have to bring God back into the world by protesting government to SUPPORT: USING THE LORD'S NAME IN VAIN is ACCEPTABLE, but using HIS name for Your Own Religious Beliefs is Illegal!
